I have no problem with the kids - much more of an issue with the freeloaders in our midfield

Would personally prefer Mauri over Poli. I'm not a huge fan of Jose but he brings greater physicality and has shown a willingness to both drop deep and cover as necessary or burst forward and combine unselfishly with our forwards. Based purely on performances, he deserves a starting spot.

I personally feel it's a waste of time fielding Honda against Juventus. He ends up pushed too deep to influence the game and his lack of mobility kills our chances to punish them on the counter. If we still had Sinisa, I'd have been happy to field him as I'd have been confident that we'd take the game to Juventus from the moment go as we did in our last league game, but the way we're playing we'll be stuck in our own half hoofing to an isolated Bacca.

Juventus are far better than us but at this moment in time they're wounded. They'll be missing Bonucci, Marchisio and Khedira. If we played our cards right, we could take advantage of their weakened midfield, but I have no confidence that we'll do anything of the sort. Kucka's the key man though who might lift us. He was our MOTM in the last league encounter, wiping Pogba out of the game for the first half an hour and providing the impetus for our early onslaught. As he tired, Pogba was once more able to start pulling the strings as he usually does against us, but if Kucka can minimise his presence in the first half, we might be able to get something to defend in the second half and collapse over the line.

Would personally like to see us employ either Menez or Balotelli in Honda's place but the best we might hope for is for them to emerge from the bench, hopefully together.

Essentially, we're not ready for this contest but Brocchi should not shoulder the blame. He was put into an impossible position by Berlusconi. His results have been poor but having been asked to change an effective if ugly unit in a few short weeks, little else could be expected.

This should have been a last hurrah for Sinisa, who would surely have gotten the boot from an unappreciative President in any case, but who might have done so after a moment of triumph. Instead it's a death knell for Brocchi and hopefully Berlusconi.

Calabria is amazing

Well... we actually didn't play a bad game, but ultimately failed to produce anything in the final third.

Y'all played a great game I thought. Came out on fire but did not have the stamina to maintain it and didn't have enough end product to make it count.

I'm not sure why Honda still plays, he lacks the quality to wear #10 for Milan.
Balotelli should have been subbed in sooner too.

Brocchi doesn't look like an awful manager appointment but he also does not seem convincing to bring Milan back to where you should be either.

Hopefully a good summer for everyone
