advertising banner preventing login

On Ipad and iphone the advertising banner is covering the login input, thus preventing login ability onthese devices. Seems as if a change was recently done that has dropped the banner down to cover the input fields.

Can someone please correct?

Could you post a screen shot?

As a temporary solution you might want to try the Topic'it app while we look into this, or installing an adblocker

It looks like we might need to let forumotion know which ad campaigns are causing the issue. I need the following to forward to them:

Screenshot of the ad
Country where ad was seen
Mobile/Desktop
Brower

I don’t know how to take screen shot, but the one Freeza put up is same as mine. It has been multiple ads, I’m currently in Canada, These are on both Ipad and Iphone and in both Safari and Crome.

Note, it only started in past week.

If you look closely at the screen shot Freeza put up, the ad banner used to be in the blank area just above current time, etc.

Any Android users having this problem? Seems to be affecting only iOS devices as it happened on my iPhone, but not my Galaxy S8 or Tab A. Could be something with the rendering.

Have you guys tried zooming in or out to resize the window?

I just tried zooming in and out, but to no avail. Banner stays covering login info no matter.

Hmm, had to clear the browser cache on my iPhone and that seems to have fixed it. Was able to login without seeing the banner.

I did this from Chrome - Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data. I also killed the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up as well before relaunching it again.

Give the above a try.

It’s fixed. Whatever RG did has resolved it. No need to clear browsing data.
