And to think there was talk of him being sold at the start of the season.
Missed a sitter but his amazing work so far this season more than makes up for it, he keeps getting better imo and will grow into a great player under AVB.

Ten goals so far and still 2 more games before we're at the half way mark of the season. I think 24 goals would be a nice target.
Still needs to improve on his finishing though but he's only 22. That will come from experience.
If he gets around 25 goals this season imagine how much he'll get when he enters his prime years!

Yeah he's got great positioning I think, gets into great goal scoring situations but just needs to finish off more of them and we'll have a top striker on our hands 
I think his crossing is getting better aswell so is creating chances for others.

Mata has been meh since we started playing deeper. Desperately need a winger in January so he can move into the middle.

Yeah Mata is not that visible in the recent games, but he is the best player and after that Sturridge for me..
and ps, for the Zola and Mata comments, i think Mata has to go a long way to come around Zola's standards.. Zola is way more complete.

Ramires would be our best player if he could finish. His ability to get into goal scoring situations is insane.

Yeah, I'm starting to think he's being wasted at the left flank. He has a creative eye which could be better utilized when he's playing behind the striker, and I would like someone Sturridge-esque to be playing at the left.

He's overrated on here. Very good player but he has his flaws.
Way too shot happy, weak and he can't hold the play up and play with his back to goal.
He deserved more chances definitely but there are simply players who thrive in different systems and environments.
Get over it and stop abusing our own players to suit your agenda.
